The main variety in the 2020 Rosé is Gamay with small amounts of the Cabernet varieties included. The fruit comes from our estate and was handpicked, chilled, crushed and lightly pressed followed by French oak barrel fermentation.
The nose shows nice ripe peach with a hint of lime. This fruit carries through to the palate, giving a generous, lingering mouth-feel.
Best served chilled and ready to drink with your next cheese or seafood platter.
