Semillon is the predominant variety in the 2020 Inkerman Road ‘Semillon et al’ due to the year, it also includes Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit comes from our estate and was handpicked, chilled, crushed and lightly pressed followed by French oak barrel fermentation.The nose shows white nectarines and citrus which follows onto the palate with crisp acidity and a long, lingering mouth-feel. Best served chilled and is ready to drink.
